KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Rating Corporation Bhd (MARC Ratings) forecasts the Malaysian economy to grow by 4.4 per cent in 2025, down from 5.1 per cent in 2024, as external trade uncertainties dampen export momentum.
It said that domestic demand remains resilient, driven by labour market improvements, accommodative policy settings and tourism recovery.
