Uni Wall bags RM89.64mil construction job


PETALING JAYA: Uni Wall Aps Holdings Bhd has secured a contract worth RM89.64mil from BUCG (M) Sdn Bhd for construction works related to the proposed Pavilion Damansara Heights (parcel 2) mixed development at Jalan Damanlela, Kuala Lumpur.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the construction company said the contract will involve design, supply, fabrication and installation of facade, aluminum and glazing works.

The company said works for Tower TB, Tower RA and Tower RC commenced on April 15, 2025, adding that mock-ups (visual and performance commenced four months upon the award.

Uni Wall added that the completion date for Tower TB will be Nov 2, 2026 (20 months); Tower RA will be on July 14, 2028 (39 months); Tower RC on Aug 14, 2028 (40 Months); and the mock-ups (visual and performance) will be six months upon the commencement.

“Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of the group for the duration of the contract and will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Uni Wall.
