KUALA LUMPUR: Cypark Resources Bhd
has appointed Tan Sri Abdul Wahid Omar as its independent non-executive director and chair of the board, effective June 9, 2025.
In a statement, the group said Abdul Wahid succeeds Datuk Hamidah Moris (Ami Moris) as the board chair, as she transitions to the role of group managing director.
