Favelle Favco secures RM43.9mil in crane supply contracts


KUALA LUMPUR: Favelle Favco Bhd’s (FFB) subsidiaries, Favelle Favco Cranes Pty Limited and Favelle Favco Cranes (M) Sdn Bhd have received RM43.9mil purchase orders for the supply of offshore and tower cranes.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, FFB announced that Favelle Favco Cranes Pty has received two contracts from Marr Contracting Pty Ltd. 

The first contract involves the supply of a tower crane, which is expected to be delivered by the fourth quarter of 2025. The second contract pertains to the supply of used tower crane, with delivery expected by the third quarter of 2025.

Additionally, it was announced that Favelle Favco Cranes (M) secured three contracts. The first contract, with Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd., involves the supply of an offshore crane, which is expected to be delivered by the fourth quarter of 2025.

The second contract, with Oriental Rigging & Equipment Corporation, is for the supply of a tower crane, which is expected to be delivered by the end of 2025.

The third contract, with PT. Gunanusa Utama Fabricators involves the supply of an offshore crane, which is expected to be delivered by the second quarter of 2026.

FFB expects the contracts to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025 and beyond.
