Stuck on the trade war see-saw

AT the recent Asean Finance Ministers meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim captured what could be defined as Malaysia’s existential crisis amid the ongoing global tariff war.

He said then that with Chinese President Xi Jinping’s imminent arrival, it has become a major challenge for Malaysia and Asean to show what “centrality” means.
