KUALA LUMPUR: UOA Development Bhd has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Alliance Bank Malaysia Bhd to collaborate on a green financing scheme for Duo Tower development in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.

In a statement, the property developer said Duo Tower is the first commercial project to sign an MoU for the Alliance Green Properties Financing scheme, which marks a significant milestone in the push for eco-friendly real estate development.

“This collaboration underscores a shared commitment to sustainability and sets a new benchmark for future commercial projects seeking green financing solutions,” said UOA. The strata office development will feature two towers of over 30 storeys.
