KUALA LUMPUR: Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd (PHB) and PHB Asset Management Bhd (PHBAM) have announced an interim income distribution of 2.50 sen per unit for its syariah-compliant unit trust, Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB), for the six-month period ended March 31, 2025.
The distribution comprises a basic income of 2.05 sen and a bonus of 0.45 sen per unit.
