KUALA LUMPUR: Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd (PHB) and PHB Asset Management Bhd (PHBAM) have announced an interim income distribution of 2.50 sen per unit for its syariah-compliant unit trust, Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB), for the six-month period ended March 31, 2025.
The distribution comprises a basic income of 2.05 sen and a bonus of 0.45 sen per unit.
The bonus, funded by PHB as AHB’s sponsor, is payable for the first one million units held by each unitholder.
“A total of RM116.3mil will be distributed to approximately 82,000 unitholders, bringing AHB’s cumulative income distribution since its inception in 2010 to RM2.31bil,” the joint statement added. — Bernama
