Fajarbaru bags RM64mil job from S P Setia


PETALING JAYA: Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd’s subsidiary, FBG Builder Sdn Bhd, has won a RM63.7mil infrastructure contract for Setia Alaman Industrial Park in Klang, Selangor.

The contract was awarded by Petaling Garden Sdn Bhd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of S P Setia Bhd.

The project involves the construction and completion of the road, drainage and reinforced concrete slab crossings for the PETRONAS Gas pipeline.

It is targeted to be completed within nine months, commencing on April 11, 2025 and will be completed on Jan 10, 2026.

With the award of this contract, Fajarbaru’s order book now stands at RM1.14bil, providing the group with earnings visibility through to 2027.

In a statement, Fajarbaru group executive chairman Tan Sri Chan Kong Choy said the group believes it is “amid exciting times”.
