PETALING JAYA: Cloudaron Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Cloudaron Pte Ltd, is disposing of its entire stake (representing 1.3 million shares) in Clouddesk Technology Pte Ltd to Chen Huanhuan for RM4mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the information technology service management firm said Clouddesk was incorporated in Singapore, principally providing information technology solutions, specifically in delivering hybrid desktop virtualisation and development of software and applications (except games and cybersecurity).

For the first half of the financial period ended Sept 30, 2024, Cloudaron reported a net loss of RM29mil compared with a net profit of RM655,000 in the previous corresponding period.
