PETALING JAYA: Cloudaron Group Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Cloudaron Pte Ltd, is disposing of its entire stake (representing 1.3 million shares) in Clouddesk Technology Pte Ltd to Chen Huanhuan for RM4mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the information technology service management firm said Clouddesk was incorporated in Singapore, principally providing information technology solutions, specifically in delivering hybrid desktop virtualisation and development of software and applications (except games and cybersecurity).
