PETALING JAYA: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has redesignated Kelvin Lee Chin Chuan (pic), 33, as executive director, effective April 1, 2025.

In a statement, the developer said Lee will oversee key business operations while supporting the group’s continued growth and strategic direction.

Matrix Concepts noted that Lee, currently a non-independent non-executive director, is the second son of Datuk Seri Lee Tian Hock, its founder and group executive deputy chairman.

Lee holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Civil Engineering from the University of Melbourne.

Additionally, the group has appointed Ho Kong Soon, who will step down as group managing director on April 1, as group advisor.

Ho will continue to lend his insights and experience in a strategic and mentoring capacity.

“We wish to assure our stakeholders that succession planning is well underway, and we remain fully committed to ensuring continuity and stability in our operations.

“An official announcement will be made in due course,” Matrix Concepts said.
