S P Setia Bhd will launch 70 units of its Ferrous Finale double-storey terrace homes in Alam Impian on April 18, 2026, with a cumulative gross development value of RM75.4mn.

YNH Property Bhd announced that its subsidiary has received a winding-up petition from the Inland Revenue Board regarding RM7.2mn in outstanding taxes, though a settlement plan is being arranged.

Perdana Petroleum Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Perdana Nautika Sdn Bhd has received two work orders from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd for the provision of two anchor handling tug and supply vessels.

JcbNext Bhd has sold a 2.1% stake in Taiwan-listed 104 Corp for T$153.8mn (RM19.3mn) through open market transactions on the Taiwan Stock Exchange, as part of its strategy to diversify investments and reduce concentration risk.

Gadang Holdings Bhd reported a net loss of RM10.4mn for 3QFY26, compared with a net profit of RM9.1mn in the same period last year, due to higher costs.

Main Market-bound MTT Shipping and Logistics Bhd posted a net profit of RM323.5mn for FY25, a 29.2% YoY increase compared with RM250.4mn a year earlier.
