Solarvest unit bags RM401mil EPCC works project


KUALA LUMPUR: Solarvest Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Atlantic Blue Sdn Bhd has secured a RM401mil contract from TNB Kuala Muda Solar Sdn Bhd for the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning works for a solar facility in Bukit Selambau, Kedah.

In a bourse filing, the group said the project involves the development of a 500MWac large-scale solar photovoltaic plant under the fifth large scale solar programme.

Works for the project is expected to contribute positively to the net assets and earnings per share of Solarvest and its group of companies  for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, and onwards until the completion of the project.
