Zecon explores partnership with Petrosabah


KUALA LUMPUR: Zecon Bhd is exploring a collaboration with Petrosabah Sdn Bhd for the undetaking of a large-scale photovoltaic floating integrated project in Lahad Datu, Sabah.

"This memorandum of understanding will serve as a platform for the Parties to sign a formal joint venture agreement and/or any other relevant agreements in relation to the proposed project," said the group in a bourse filing.

Petrosabah is a unit of Innoprise Corp Sdn Bhd, the investment and management arm of Yayasan Sabah Group.
