PETALING JAYA: Steel Hawk Bhd
has secured a contract extension from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB) for the provision of onshore facilities maintenance, construction and modification services .
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Steel Hawk said the contract is on a call-out basis, which does not have a fixed contract value.
“We are engaged by PCSB to provide specified services for the duration of the said contract, as and when such services are required.”
According to the onshore and offshore support services provider for the oil and gas industry, the contract will not have any effect on its share capital and shareholding structure.
Additionally, Steel Hawk said the contract is not expected to have a material effect on its net assets for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025, but is expected to contribute positively to its earnings.
