MRCB, Melaka Corp form JV to develop hospital

PETALING JAYA: Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd’s (MRCB) wholly-owned subsidiary, MRCB Land Sdn Bhd, has entered into a joint venture (JV) with Melaka Corp’s subsidiary, PM Multilink Sdn Bhd, to develop a hospital in Bukit Baru, Melaka Tengah.

The JV, called Majestic Quest Sdn Bhd, is 70% owned by MRCB Land, with the remaining 30% held by PM Multilink.
