KUALA LUMPUR: Taghill Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Kuantan Waterfront Resort City Sdn Bhd for the proposed development of a commercial strata scheme worth RM152 million in Kuantan, Pahang.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the development includes four business blocks (17 units), one serviced apartment block (456 units), and six levels of podium parking with residential facilities.

It said the project also comprises two guard posts, two waste disposal chambers, one unit of main switching station within the building and one unit of main distribution substation (for future development).

"The duration of the project is 28 months from the date of commencement on Feb 4, 2025, to the target completion date of June 3, 2027,” it said.

Taghill noted the project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the company for the financial year ending May 31, 2025, and throughout the duration of the project. - Bernama
