Mah Sing unit acquires Sentul land


The land is slated for an apartment project named M Aria with an estimated gross development value of RM283mil.

PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Klassik Tropika Development Sdn Bhd has inked a deal with several vendors for the proposed acquisition of 2.78 acres of freehold prime land in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur for RM32mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the property developer said the land is slated for an apartment project named M Aria with an estimated gross development value of RM283mil.

“The development is aimed at a diverse range of buyers, including first-time homeowners, working adults, families, homebuyers looking for an upgrade and investors.

“Subject to authorities’ approval, M Aria offers options for three to four bedroom layouts, with indicative sizes of approximately 800 and 950 sq ft and starting price from RM498,000,” it added.

Mah Sing said registration of interest in the development is expected to commence in the second half of 2025.
