Infomina wins RM13mil order from PCCW Group for tech support services


KUALA LUMPUR: Infomina Bhd has accepted purchase orders (PO) worth RM13mil from PCCW Ltd Group of Companies (PCCW Group) for the provision of technology application and infrastructure operations, maintenance and support services.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Infomina said the PO is for two years from Jan 1, 2025 to Dec 31, 2026, adding that the support services will be for Hong Kong Telecommunications Ltd (HKT), a company within the PCCW Group.

Infomina said the roles roles in the PO include assisting HKT in renewing license subscriptions, provision of training to HKT’s personnel on the installation and start-up process, supervising the installation and start-up of the hardware and software as well as supplying the necessary tools required for installation and operations (such as detailed operations and maintenance manuals).

“The services also encompass assessing and monitoring the software environment of HKT to ensure it is updated with the latest relevant supported version.”
