Bursa Malaysia tumbles as over 800 stocks end in the red

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia finished lower on Wednesday, with over 800 counters ending in the red, as profit-taking activities weighed on sentiment in line with subdued regional markets.

Decliners outpaced advancers, with 827 losers, 497 gainers, and 497 counters unchanged. Turnover was 3.59 billion shares valued at RM3.06bil.
