PETALING JAYA: Keyfield Offshore Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keyfield International Bhd
, has inked an agreement to acquire a five-year-old Dynamic Positioning 2 (DP2) platform supply vessel (PSV) from Sinocommerce Harbour Engineering Co Ltd for US$17.6mil (RM79.22mil).
According to Keyfield, the cash consideration will be funded via its sukuk proceeds on top of about US$2mil of its own internal funds for additional capital expenditure.
