KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd
's wholly-owned subsidiary Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd has secured a contract from Eastern & Oriental Express Sdn Bhd, an indirect subsidiary of Eastern & Oriental Bhd, for construction of a proposed development in Elmina West, Shah Alam for RM256.36mil.
In a statement, Kerjaya Prospek said the contract covers three phases of development, comprising six, 179 and 175 units of three-storey terrace houses respectively.
Each phase of the development will also include the construction of other facilities, such as a clubhouse, electrical substation, security house, and landscaping and infrastructure works.
The works will begin on Jan 20, 2025, and will be completed within 26 months.
The contract is expected to provide an additional stream of revenue for the group over the next three years.
It is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the group for the financial years ending 2025 to 2027.
