QCHB gets RM75mil land alienation and amalgamation contract


PETALING JAYA: Quality Concrete Holdings Bhd (QCHB) has secured a contract from LCDA Real Estate Sdn Bhd for the proposed alienation, amalgamation, application for a variation of title condition and subdivision of several lots of land in Santubong, Kuching, Sarawak.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, QCHB said the contract will be worth RM75mil.

“The completion period for the contract is 24 months from the date of possession on site. The date of possession of the site shall be arranged in due course.”

QCHB said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the company and group for the duration of the period.

“The contract shall be funded by internally generated funds,” said the company.
