Exsim secures RM60mil job


PETALING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Totalbuildz Sdn Bhd in respect of the development of 294 rooms @ Empire City at Damansara Perdana, Selangor, worth RM60mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the contract is for the design and building of architecture and fit-out works to guest rooms.“The works are expected to be completed over an 18 month period and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the company throughout the duration of the contract.” it added.
