PETALING JAYA: Plytec Holding Bhd
has inked three marketing and distribution agreements with Indonesian-based PT Oriental Shoring Solutions, making that latter the exclusive distributor of Plytec’s products in Indonesia, including formwork and falsework systems, WonderBoard, and Pecaform systems.
In a statement yesterday, the construction engineering solutions provider said the agreements were signed via Plytec’s subsidiaries, Plytec Formwork System Industries Sdn Bhd, Plytec Polymer Sdn Bhd, and Sudut Swasta Sdn Bhd and are effective for five years period from Oct 16.
The company said this move aligned with Plytec’s goal to strengthen its presence in South-East Asia, providing high-quality construction materials and systems tailored to meet Indonesia’s growing infrastructure demands.
Plytec group managing director and chief executive officer Yang Kian Lock said the partnership is a growth strategy for the South-East Asian region.
