TNB inks cross border power deal


PETALING JAYA: Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) has inked an agreement with Singapore’s Keppel Electric Pte Ltd to supply up to 100MW of electricity in an aim to enhance energy cooperation between the two countries.

In a statement, the Malaysian utility company said the agreement is part of the Lao PDR-Thailand-Malaysia-Singapore Power Integration Project (LTMS-PIP) that aims to streng-then energy security and sustainability within the region.
