Binastra bags RM160mil contract from Dynamicz


KUALA LUMPUR: Binastra Corp Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd has secured an RM160mil contract from Dynamicz Sdn Bhd for demolition and main building works.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Binastra said the contract covers the demolition and construction of a proposed development with four office floors (560 units), one facilities floor, a service area in basements 1 and 2, and lifts with lobbies from the ground to the third floor at Damansara Perdana, Selangor.

The contract is set to commence on Aug 2, 2024, and is scheduled for completion by July 30, 2026.

“The contract is expected to provide an additional income stream for the group over the next three financial years,” Binastra said.

"With the addition of this new contract, the group’s total outstanding order book will be approximately RM2.2bil, ensuring a strong pipeline of projects and steady revenue stream in the coming years,” managing director Datuk Jackson Tan Kak Seng said in a statement.
