YTL REIT’s portfolio rises RM127.18mil


KUALA LUMPUR: YTL Hospitality REIT (YTL REIT) carried out a revaluation on its properties resulting in a revaluation surplus of RM127.18mil.

“The revaluations increased the unaudited net asset value per unit of YTL REIT and its subsidiaries from RM1.7167 per unit as at May 31, 2024 (prior to the revaluations) to RM1.7913 per unit upon incorporation of the aggregate revaluation increase of RM127.18mil,” YTL REIT said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
