PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Plantation Bhd (SD Plantation) has received shareholder approval to change its name to SD Guthrie Bhd
at its EGM, today.
In a statement, the world’s largest palm oil producer by acreage said a special resolution was duly passed with extremely overwhelming support from shareholders, whereby 99.99% voted in favour of the proposal.
