PETRONAS Dagangan appoints Azureen Azita Abdullah as COO


KUALA LUMPUR: Petronas Dagangan Bhd (PDG) has appointed Azureen Azita Abdullah as chief operating officer effective June 1, succeeding Khalil Jaffri Muhammad Muri.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, PDG said that Khalil has resigned due to staff mobility within the Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) group.

Azureen, 47, is currently Petronas’ downstream digital and innovation general manager.

She was previously Petronas' downstream digital head in 2021, PDG’s retail sales and operations general manager in 2018 and PDG’s retail sales and operations head in 2016.
