Naza makes entry into green economy

PETALING JAYA: Naza Corp Holdings Sdn Bhd (Naza) has completed the purchase of Berjaya Enviro Holdings Sdn Bhd (BEnviro) from Berjaya Corp Bhd (BCorp) for RM700mil cash, indicating its entry into the green economy.

In a statement yesterday, Naza announced that the deal would help it seek opportunities in the municipal solid waste, scheduled waste and waste-to-energy space.
