Sunway Property to preview latest offering on May 4


Sunway Velocity 3 follows the successful launches of the Sunway Velocity and Sunway Velocity TWO.

PETALING JAYA: Sunway Property has opened its sales gallery for its newest property offering, Sunway Velocity 3, and will be previewing the first phase of the development on May 4.

Sunway Velocity 3 follows the successful launches of the Sunway Velocity and Sunway Velocity TWO for which all residential units were fully sold.

The commercial units in both Sunway Velocity and Sunway Velocity TWO are also fully tenanted.

Located in Kuala Lumpur, the first phase of the development comprises a total of two blocks of serviced residences which will be located across 3.43 acres of prime land, with an estimated gross development value of RM1.28bil.

The development will be linked to the highly successful Sunway Velocity Mall.

Sunway Property central and northern region and Sunway Property and Facility Management chief executive officer, Chong Sau Min, said that the development is designed for working adults in the Kuala Lumpur area, young professionals, commuters, small families, first-time homebuyers and investors.

“Sunway Velocity 3, as part of the Sunway Velocity integrated city offers great connectivity and accessibility to lifestyle amenities. We anticipate strong demand from buyers who are looking for an affordable, convenient homes,” he said.

Chong added the group received great reception for both its earlier developments due to the well-planned out infrastructure, public transportation and facilities.

“According to feedback, buyers have great confidence as more than 50% of the developments are owned and managed by Sunway,” Chong said.
