YX declares first and final dividend of 0.8 sen for FY23

KUALA LUMPUR: YX Precious Metals Bhd has declared a first and final single-tier dividend of 0.80 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended Dec 31, 2023 (FY23).

“The proposed first and final single-tier dividend will be tabled for approval of the company's shareholders at its forthcoming third annual general meeting,” YX said in a Bursa filing.

In FY23, YX posted a net profit of RM9.01mil against RM9.4mil in the same period last year while revenue stood at RM239.8mil from RM298.04mil in FY22.
