EVD gets RM19.5mil M&E jobs


KUALA LUMPUR: EVD Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary EVD Engineering Sdn Bhd (EVE) has secured two contracts totalling RM19.5mil from Sing Foong Niap Engineering Sdn Bhd (SFN).

The information and communication technology system solutions provider said the first contract is a mechanical and electrical engineering (M&E) works for a waste paper warehouse, including its coal warehouse, office and distribution room, owned by Best Eternity Recycle Technology Sdn Bhd (BERT) at Kuala Langat, Selangor, worth RM3.51mil.

The second contract involves M&E works for the power generation facility of BERT’s recycle pulp and packaging paper plant at Kuala Langat worth RM15.98mil, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
