KUALA LUMPUR: Concord Housing Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of UOA Development Bhd, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Trendcell Sdn Bhd, the operator of Jaya Grocer, for a potential collaboration to operate a premium grocery store at the Bamboo Hills Residence in Kuala Lumpur.

In a statement today, UOA said the new Bamboo Hills Residences development comprises three residential blocks, is situated on freehold land and includes a lifestyle Retail Podium.

"The Retail Podium is poised to redefine the retail landscape at Bamboo Hills to meet urban communities' evolving needs and preferences.

"The trade mix will focus on groceries, diverse dining options, wellness, and healthcare, and will serve as a community space where residents and communities can gather," it said.

Spanning approximately 4.05 hectares of land, Bamboo Hills Residences is the latest phase of development following the completion of Bamboo Hills, an exclusive and popular dining destination centred around lush landscapes and water features with unique dining pavilions and vast outdoor spaces.

As a transit-oriented development with a direct link bridge to Kentonmen MRT Station, the conveniences of urban living are also reflected in its prime location with excellent connectivity and accessibility to the city centre. - Bernama
