PTT Synergy wins RM299mil construction contract


KUALA LUMPUR: PTT Synergy Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Pembinaan Tetap Teguh Sdn Bhd (PTTSB) has secured a RM299mil construction contract from Prima Wahyu Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, PTT Synergy said the contract was for the proposed construction and completion of the Palekbang-Kota Bharu bridge and connecting roads at Jajahan Tumpat and Jajahan Kota Bharu, Kelantan for East Coast Economic Region Development Council.

It said the works shall commence on March 25 and to be completed by Sept 15, 2026.

PTT Synergy said the acceptance of the contract is in the ordinary course of business of PTTSB.

Further, it is also carried out at arm's length and based on commercial terms which are not more favourable than those available to the general public.
