PETALING JAYA: Unitrade Industries Bhd
has declared a first interim single-tier dividend of 0.44 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending March 31, 2024 (FY24).
The first interim single-tier dividend of 0.44 sen per share translates to a dividend payout of RM6.9mil.
The dividend will be paid on April 5 and the entitlement date for the dividend payment is on March 21.
In the first nine months to Dec 31, 2023, Unitrade posted a net profit of RM23mil, up from RM14.5mil while revenue grew 11.2% to RM1.13bil from RM1.02bil.
