Sime Darby Property’s great deals campaign achieves RM1.1bil sales booking


The Great Deals sales campaign which ran from Aug 15 till Dec 31, 2023 offered irresistible deals for selected properties in Sime Darby Property’s various townships across the nation.

KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Property Bhd’s Great Deals sales campaign achieved sales bookings of 1,107 units worth RM1.1 billion.

In a statement today, the property developer said the campaign, which ran from Aug 15 to Dec 31, 2023, provided attractive offers for a limited number of properties in the townships owned by Sime Darby Properties all over the country.

Chief marketing and sales officer Datuk Lai Shu Wei said the success of the Great Deals campaign showed how well the company understand the needs of its customers.

"We are addressing the rising demand for quality properties at the right pricing and locations.

"Through the Great Deals campaign, we fulfilled keen consumers’ property ownership dreams with excellent offerings in prime areas with good connectivity, accessibility, amenities and hassle-free purchasing experiences,” he said.

Meanwhile, Sime Darby Property said it has also launched the new and exciting Sime Darby Property Dragon Deals sales campaign until Feb 29, 2024.

It said the campaign comprised the company’s Go Landed and High-Rise Collection of selected properties in the City of Elmina, Bandar Bukit Raja, Serenia City, Nilai Impian, Bandar Ainsdale, Taman Melawati and Putra Heights.

"We are aware of the sentiments and challenges and believe that the campaign can help our customers to fulfil their desire for property ownership, which begins at our townships,” he said.

During the campaign period, property buyers will have the chance to take home celebratory treats and Fortune Rewards worth up to RM100,000, coinciding with the Year of the Dragon during the campaign period. - Bernama
