Ringgit uptrend continues amid optimism on lower US inflation

KUALA LUMPUR: The continued optimism about positive US inflation numbers boosts sentiment, enabling the ringgit to open higher on Thursday.

At 9.01 am, the ringgit appreciated to 4.6360/6410 versus the greenback from Wednesday’s close of 4.6400/6440.
