KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit strengthened further against the US dollar on the last trading day of 2023 to reach the 4.59 level as well as rising against a basket of major and Asean currencies.
At 6 pm, the ringgit rose to 4.5900/5980 versus the greenback from Thursday’s close of 4.6055/6125.
