Crest Builder gets serviced apartment job


PETALING JAYA: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd has accepted a letter of award worth RM314.5mil from UEM Sunrise Bhd for the construction of 1,334 units of serviced apartments in two 53-storey blocks, in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Crest Builder said the project will also consist of a level of sub-basement car park, elevated podium car parks, commercial retail and office spaces and a level of recreation facilities.

The construction works will take about 39 months to complete from its scheduled site possession date of June 1, 2024.

Crest Builder’s outstanding order book stands at about RM1.4bil, which will provide earnings visibility for the next three years.
