DPS, Mutiara Mahajuta form joint venture


PETALING JAYA: DPS Resources Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary DPS Energy Sdn Bhd has entered into a joint-venture (JV) agreement with Mutiara Mahajuta Sdn Bhd.

The JV involves projects encompassing agro-tourism, crops, biofarms, renewable energy, solar farms and aqua-phonics on 190 acres in Alor Gajah, Melaka.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, DPS Resources said the JV is a significant component of its overarching strategy to enhance the value of its accumulated land bank totalling about 1,000 acres.
