PETALING JAYA: DPS Resources Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary DPS Energy Sdn Bhd has entered into a joint-venture (JV) agreement with Mutiara Mahajuta Sdn Bhd.
The JV involves projects encompassing agro-tourism, crops, biofarms, renewable energy, solar farms and aqua-phonics on 190 acres in Alor Gajah, Melaka.
