Adventa CEO announces resignation


PETALING JAYA: Adventa Bhd chief executive officer Datuk Mark Victor Rozario has resigned effective Nov 15, 2023.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Adventa states Rozario, 59, is stepping down due to personal commitments.

He joined Adventa, a Malaysian holding company headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, in November 2021 as the chief executive

Before joining Adventa he had prior experience in finance, management and strategic leadership in accounting services, property development, manufacturing, healthcare, aerospace and innovation companies.
