Sanichi's auditor voluntarily resigns


KUALA LUMPUR: Sanichi Technology Bhd has received a notice in writing from Messrs Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT (Salihin) on their resignation as external auditors of the Company.

The resignation of Salihin is on a voluntary basis.

“The resignation of Salihin is due to staff resources limitation to provide the audit services. Further, the board also wishes to inform that the company is not aware of any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders,” Sanichi said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
