Axis-REIT likely to see marginal earnings growth

MIDF Research has raised its earnings forecast for Axis-REIT.

KUALA LUMPUR: Axis Real Estate Investment Trust’s (Axis-REIT) proposed acquisition of a tenanted industrial property in Sendayan Techvalley, Negri Sembilan, is expected to have only a marginal impact on its earnings.

MIDF Research said it was “neutral to slight positive” on the asset acquisition which would allow Axis-REIT to grow its industrial asset portfolio.
