Destini to jointly explore RE deals

PETALING JAYA: Destini Bhd will be collaborating with Priceworth International Bhd to explore potential areas of growth and innovation related to renewable energy or RE projects.

In a joint statement, the companies said the key objectives of the collaboration include conducting feasibility studies and due diligence exercises to establish a joint-venture company that will spearhead the implementation of these sustainable energy projects.
