More incentives in store for electric vehicles

PETALING JAYA: More incentives for electric vehicles (EVs) are expected to be introduced by the government following the launch of the New Industrial Master Plan (NIMP 2030) and battery electric vehicle (BEV) programme.

UOB Kay Hian (UOBKH) Research said this will be beneficial for both consumers and manufacturers, thereby enhancing the overall ecosystem and will not only be limited solely to consumer benefits.
