KUALA LUMPUR: YTL Hospitality REIT
(YTL REIT) has proposed to acquire Hotel Stripes Kuala Lumpur, Autograph Collection, from Hotel 25 Sdn Bhd for RM138mil cash.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, YTL REIT said its trustee, Maybank Maybank Trustees Bhd has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Hotel 25, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL Corp Bhd.
