Pos Malaysia introduces Pos Raudhah

KUALA LUMPUR: Pos Malaysia Bhd has introduced Pos Raudhah, a subscription package providing coverage for 24-hour funeral management or cash assistance.

The postal and parcel service provider said the subscription package, in collaboration with Bumijez Sdn Bhd aimed to provide help and financial support to ease the burden of bereaved families faced with funeral management upon the demise of their loved ones.

This package is open to all Malaysian citizens between the ages of 1 to 69, including Muslims and non-Muslims, with funeral procedures following the conditions and appropriateness of one’s religion.

Customers can choose from two affordable packages: Package 80 (RM80 per year) or Package 120 (RM120 per year), which is renewable every year. This complete funeral assistance subscription package includes advice assistance, documentation assistance, hearse van service, bathing and shrouding the deceased, funeral prayer, burial and talkin reading.

Pos Raudhah also provides personal accident takaful coverage which offers additional funds of up to RM10,000.
