Citaglobal order book bolstered to more than RM1.27bil

PETALING JAYA: Citaglobal Bhd will acquire a 60% stake in Spectra Suria Sdn Bhd, a solar photovoltaic (PV) provider for RM2mil a well as a 40% stake in solar PV investor company Nova Reeco Sdn Bhd for RM3mil cash.

Citaglobal says it intends to purchase irredeemable convertible preference shares (ICPS) in Nova Reeco, which will convert into an additional 20% equity interest in Nova Reeco.
