Sentral REIT acquires Menara CelcomDiGi from MRCB for RM450mil

PETALING JAYA: Sentral Real Estate Investment Trust (Sentral REIT) is acquiring Menara CelcomDigi in Petaling Jaya from Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) for RM450mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Sentral REIT said it had signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement to acquire the 27-storey, purpose-built office building from MRCB’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Puncak Wangi Sdn Bhd.
